If you find yourself craving a warm and comforting quiche that tastes just like how your mom used to make, look no further! We took this classic dish and made it conveniently lactose free with our Lactose Free Cottage Cheese. The great thing about our cottage cheese is that it lend's itself perfectly to a dish like this by being thick, creamy, and perfectly textured as a quiche should be.

Green Valley Organics

¾ Cup Green Valley Creamery's Lactose Free Cottage Cheese

2 Tbsp. Green Valley Creamery Butter

¼ white onion, finely chopped

8 large eggs

1 cup of cherry tomatoes

1.5 cups of chopped asparagus

Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a medium sized skillet, brown garlic, onion, tomatoes, and asparagus in Green Valley Creamery Butter.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and Green Valley Creamery Cottage Cheese with salt and pepper.
  4. Once cooled, combined sauteed vegetables with cottage cheese and egg mixture.
  5. Add mixture to pie tin (crust optional).
  6. Place in oven and bake for 35 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
