1 cup (1 block) Green Valley Organics Lactose-Free Butter, softened
½ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
½ cup honey
Orange zest from one orange
In a bowl, using a fork, hand-mix the butter, dried cranberries, orange zest, and honey until well combined. You may need to slightly warm up the honey to make it more pourable. Refrigerate for at least one hour. The butter is ready to serve once it’s cold and solid.
Butter will last in the refrigerator for about 7-10 days.
