Grilled corn is a summer staple for many near and far. Check out our lactose-free twist on this family favorite using our lactose-free Green Valley Organics butter.

4 fresh corn on the cob

½ stick of Green Valley Organics Lactose Free Butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Heat the grill to medium temperature
  2. Pull the outer husks down the ear of corn to the base without removing them
  3. Remove the silk from each ear of corn and discard
  4. Fold husks back into place
  5. Place all 4 ears of corn into a large bowl of chilled water, add 1tsp of salt
  6. Let the corn rest for 20 minutes, then remove from water
  7. Place ears of corn on the grill near the cover, and grill for 15 minutes, rotating corn every 3-5 minutes
  8. Remove corn from grill, and remove husks from ears of corn
  9. Season corn with salt, pepper, parsley, and your Green Valley Organics butter, serve immediately.
