This smoothie recipe is just as the title indicates, berry delightful. It's a little bit of all our favorite fruits, and we've perfected the ratios. Because we don't know about you, but when we usually make a smoothie, we throw a bunch of things into the blender and crossing our fingers that this one turned out right. Quit settling for second rate smoothies - bookmark this one. Each recipe makes two servings and is easily customizable. 1 cup Green Valley Lactose-Free Plain Kefir
1/2 Tbsp Elderberry Syrup
1/2 cup pineapple frozen or fresh
1/2 fresh or frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blackberries
half cup frozen strawberries
1 Tbsp agave syrup or bee pollen
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender in order listed. Blend on low for about 30 seconds, then on high until smooth.
