Ingredients:

  • 10 small pieces of crystallized ginger
  • 10 dried apricots
  • Handful of vanilla granola (nuts optional)

Recipe:

Fill bowl with lactose-free plain yogurt. Layer on the granola, top with apricots (whole or cut into pieces), and sprinkle on the small pieces of crystallized ginger. Dip your spoon in for a bite with a little bit of everything and enjoy!

 

Cacao Coconut Yogurt Bowl:

This yogurt bowl mixes zesty lemon with cacao and coconut for a delicious breakfast flavor that’s not too sweet. Great for a hot day, this easy recipe can be made in a minute!

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of lemon
  • 1 tsp of cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut or coconut flakes

Recipe:

Place lactose-free plain yogurt into a bowl. Add cacao powder to yogurt. Wash lemon rind well. Slice 4 slices of lemon. Squeeze one slice over yogurt and place the other three slices lightly on top of yogurt bowl. Finish off with shredded coconut, distributed evenly over yogurt bowl. Turmeric & Clove Orange Yogurt Bowl:

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ orange
  • 3-5 slices kiwi (about half kiwi)
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Few cloves

Recipe:

Add lactose-free yogurt to bowl. Peel orange, cut into thirds and break apart little triangles with hands. Slice kiwi from the side, cut off fuzzy skin. Place in yogurt bowl. Add cloves to taste and a pinch of turmeric on top.

 

Cinnamon Pecan Yogurt Bowl:

Ingredients:

  • Half of a banana
  • Handful of chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Recipe:

Dish out lactose-free yogurt into bowl. Slice up half a banana and place in a ring around the bowl. Scoop out almond butter and plop into center of bananas. Toss pecans on top and finish off with a pinch of cinnamon spread over all of the ingredients in the bowl.
